  • SeniorsNL's Information Line: 1- 800-563-5599. This line is answered by seniors with training to help you find the supports you need.
  • For women: There are 8 Women’s Centres in the province. Their staff and volunteers can provide you with support and information. They can also help you navigate other services, such as housing, income support, employment programs, counselling, schools, and many others.
